Alexia holds a Bachelor of Architecture and has completed a Master of Urban Planning and Environment at RMIT. Her interest in urban planning arose from a passion for sustainable transport and healthy cities. She seeks to use her knowledge to contribute to placemaking and creating liveable urban environments.
Alexia’s project experience includes a wide range of strategic and statutory planning for the Victorian and New South Wales teams. Her areas of expertise include planning permit applications, land use feasibility and due diligence, spatial analysis, public amenities strategies, and visual impact assessments. She is adept at providing planning advice for our clients and contributes a diverse set of skills in design software, mapping, research and analysis to the team.
Alexia continues to develop and diversify her skills as a planner as she continues to participate in projects across various sectors at Ethos Urban. Alexia is also a member of the UDIA Outlook Committee.
