Cheyne brings nearly 10 years’ experience across the breadth of generalist HR. 

Prior to joining Ethos Urban, he served as a HR Business Partner, Consultant and HR Manager across the hospitality & accommodation industry, financial services and state government with a focus on infrastructure development.

Playing a key business partnering role, Cheyne has delivered on a broad range of HR projects including organisational restructures and design, total reward & remuneration overhaul, employee engagement strategy and talent management.
