Chloe has worked on schemes in major UK cities, including London, Leeds and Sheffield and her experience covers strategic planning on brownfield and greenfield sites, site promotion, city centre regeneration and delivery of educational facilities. She has also worked on the delivery of schemes on behalf of volume house builders, promoting sites through the plan-making process and delivering them through immediate DAs.
