Eliza has completed a Bachelor of City Planning at the University of New South Wales.
Eliza has worked across a range of projects and has gained sound experienced in the preparation of statement of environmental effects to accompany development applications, section 96 applications to modify consent, review of environmental factors, clause 4.6 variation requests and secretary's environmental assessment requirements.
