Ethos Urban has now submitted the annual compliance report to the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA).
Under the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012, the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) program is mandatory for all private sector employers with 100 or more employees. Ethos Urban participates in this program to meet its compliance obligations, identify gender equality issues, and implement action plans to address them.
The WGEA results measure the difference between the "average earnings" of men and women within an organisation over a 12-month period.
WGEA results were released across three levels:
- Australian National Wage Gap,
- Employer Wage Gap (Ethos Urban results) and
- Industry Benchmark Results.
The published results cover the reporting period from April 2022 to 2023.
