Allison is an experienced planning and project management professional with a degree in architecture and over 20 years of experience supporting the delivery of sustainable communities, infrastructure and public realm projects – across the United Kingdom and Australia. 

She has a diverse skillset, having worked across the public and private sector – including within national regeneration and delivery bodies. Allison has led planning teams tasked with managing complex strategic applications, including eight years working on the largest regeneration project in Europe – facilitating the delivery of the London Olympic Park project. Allison worked in the Olympic statutory planning team from 2008 – and was appointed to lead its statutory function, as Head of Development Management, in 2014. 

Allison has experience advising on, undertaking, and leading on planning assessment work focused on accelerated housing delivery – including accelerated Affordable Housing delivery. This includes experience successfully leading on the approval of innovative Affordable Housing products in the United Kingdom, including Build to Rent (incorporating DMR), New Generation Boarding Housing schemes, multi-generational housing, innovative Intermediate Housing products and Social Housing using prefabricated / Modern Methods of Construction.
