Her recent focus has been on promoting Residential Land Lease communities through strategic digital marketing campaigns, encompassing social media, online advertising, website optimisation as well as community events, and strategic partnerships.
Learning of the Lowline, an innovative initiative to create the world’s first underground park, Arlita relocated to New York. As a Senior Ambassador, she facilitated community engagement meetings and fostered collaboration among neighbourhood businesses and residents through the design consultation process. From there, her passion for innovative urban design was ignited.
Now, Arlita is looking forward to leveraging her background to enhance the profile of Ethos Urban and its people.
