Ben has over 20 years’ experience in the planning and property development industry, which extends throughout Australia, New Zealand and the UK.

He has extensive experience in providing pre-acquisition due diligence advice and managing complex planning projects particularly in the residential, aged care, early education and industrial sectors.

Ben also has experience in providing expert evidence in both QLD Planning & Environment and NSW Land & Environment Court appeal matters.
