Chantelle is currently completing a Bachelor of Laws/City Planning (Honours) at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) and holds a distinction average within her studies.

Her legal and planning studies provide her with a strong understanding of planning, specifically regarding statutory and strategic planning frameworks, stakeholder engagement, rural planning and the approval process.

Chantelle is committed to offering solutions to complicated problems, to continue building her knowledge of the NSW planning system, enabling her to achieve quality outcomes that create thriving and livable cities. 

Prior to joining Ethos Urban, Chantelle has had experience preparing the following; Statement of Environmental Effects, Section 4.55 Modifications, Due Diligence Reports, Statement of Facts and Contentions (SOFACS), Delegated Assessment Reports and Planning Approval Pathway Advice among other documentation on a variety of projects across NSW.
