Costa is a Senior Urbanist with over five years of experience in the NSW Planning system, working across a variety of sectors for both private and government clients.
He holds a Bachelor of City Planning with Honours (Class 1) from UNSW and is a part-time tutor in the UNSW City Planning degree.
Costa combines his strong appreciation of statutory planning, strategic planning experience, and his driven nature to help guide his clients to timely and positive development outcomes.
