Courtney is a qualified planner with a broad range of experience working as a social sustainability and planning consultant.

She has a comprehensive grasp on a range of social impact assessment, social infrastructure needs assessment, social research, stakeholder engagement and urban design and placemaking projects for diverse clients including federal, state and local government, the resource sector and the development industry.

Courtney specialises in social research and planning as well as data analysis to help understand community and stakeholder needs and challenges and makes sure these are thoroughly considered and assessed throughout a project’s lifecycle.

She has prepared and led social baselines, social impact assessments, community infrastructure assessment and strategies, social procurement strategies, and been involved in engagement activities for major renewable energy projects, greenfield developments, transport infrastructure, and resource projects.

Courtney is passionate about human-centred design and the planning and design of equitable and socially sustainable spaces and places that enhances the wellbeing of people and communities.
