David has over 35 years’ of experience in property, construction, design and development, with a particular focus on complex major mixed-use development projects.
David has been fortunate in his career to provide leadership to some of Australia’s most significant development projects working in all asset classes (including office, retail, residential, and mixed use). The creation of these projects (including funding, leasing and delivery) involved forming diverse partnerships within the private sector and also with government.
His core values are based on creating legacies for the cities within which he works and establishing long standing relationships with the parties involved. These values include creating the best places that consider the environment, are inspiring the people who live in, work in, or visit these precincts.
