Professionally, Garnet has worked on diverse urban planning projects at Ethos Urban, gaining expertise in both strategic and statutory planning. His portfolio includes preparing strategic planning advice for both private and government clients, Planning Proposals, Modifications, Placemaking Initiatives, Policy Planning Papers, and Vision and Action Plans.
