Isabelle is an experienced social planner passionate about fostering healthy, inclusive cities and ensuring positive social outcomes for communities.
With a career spanning private, public, and not-for-profit sectors across New South Wales, Victoria, and the ACT, Isabelle brings extensive expertise in social planning, impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, and strategic policy development.
Isabelle has led numerous social impact projects, applying guidelines like the NSW Department of Planning and Environment Social Impact Assessment Guidelines (2023) for State Significant Development (SSD) projects and various council-specific frameworks. She is particularly experienced in social impact assessments for healthcare, education, mixed-use, and energy projects.

Isabelle is a Level 1 Social Value Measurement accredited practitioner and is near completion of a Graduate Certificate in Social Impact from the UNSW Business School. Isabelle has also contributed to academic research, with a published article on older women in cities in the City, Culture and Society Journal. Her deep understanding of client needs and political and planning landscapes, coupled with her passion for enhancing social outcomes, makes her an invaluable leader in the Ethos Urban Social Strategy team.
