Jethro is a trusted planning consultant for clients in both the public and private sector, with experience preparing complex State Significant Development Applications and liaising with planning authorities to secure multiple approvals.
Jethro has completed a Bachelor of City Planning (Honours) and Bachelor of Laws at the University of New South Wales. He is an Urbanist with over 5 years of experience within the NSW Planning System. Using his multidisciplinary skillset combining skills in strategic and statutory planning, and a strong ability to interpret and apply planning law, he understands the big picture drivers of a project while resolving complex statutory planning issues to contribute to overall project success.
At Ethos Urban, Jethro has prepared Environmental Impact Statements, Statements of Environmental Effects, detailed submissions, planning advice and Review of Environmental Factors on a variety of projects across the commercial, education, health, living, precincts, industrial and community infrastructure sectors. He has a passion for delivering a positive urban experience for people and maximising the development potential for each and every site. Jethro is also an Associate Member of PIA.
