Over the course of her career Lesley has had extensive experience in all stages of the planning process for a range of complex urban renewal and land release projects, working with a variety of both public and private sector clients.
Lesley has also prepared planning policy, environmental planning instruments and infrastructure funding plans and is experienced in providing expert evidence in the NSW Land and Environment Court.
