Lindsay is a passionate and driven HR Professional who supports our dedicated team with a variety of people & culture matters and helps them to continually develop.

Lindsay’s specialties lie in HR systems, engagement, wellbeing and change management but with over 10 years HR generalist experience in small, medium and large organisations he is well equipped to support the team across the employee life cycle.

During his career, he has worked in information technology, medical research, human and pet health and across community services. He enjoys creating innovative solutions that makes a difference to the employee experience and their ways or working.

Finally, he also has a keen interest in infrastructure, transport and the urban environment which helps him understand some of the challenges and opportunities our people face.
