With professional experience spanning Australia and the UK, she has contributed to city-shaping projects that foster social connections and enrich the urban experience.

Lucy has worked on renewables projects from solar to emerging waste to energy technology in NSW and Victoria.  

Lucy is an expert in developing and implementing innovative social strategies, with a focus on:

In her role as Director, Lucy provides strategic vision and leadership to the Ethos Urban Social Strategy team. She fosters a collaborative environment, empowering her team to deliver exceptional solutions across diverse project types.

Lucy’s dedication to advancing social planning practices is further demonstrated through her role as a 2024 Henry Halloran Trust Practitioner in Residence at the University of Sydney, where she is conducting research on embedding wellbeing into the NSW planning system.
