Mark holds a Bachelor in Town Planning, and a Bachelor in Economics (Honours class 1).
At Ethos Urban Mark has worked on a wide range of projects, including demographic analysis, various land use market assessments and masterplanning, economic impact assessment, business impact assessments, population and employment forecasting and projections, and land use modelling.
Mark has a keen interest across a range of urban economic issues including the property market, housing affordability, transport and urban renewal. He has a strong passion for the intersection of economics and planning and has a well developed understanding of the economic forces that shape our cities and regions.
