Having completed a Bachelor of City Planning (Honours) at the University of New South Wales, Matt has a passion for projects, people and places, and is committed to delivering effective urban solutions through strategic and statutory frameworks.
Matt has been responsible for the delivery of a range of high profile commercial and mixed-use projects. He strives to stay on top of a constantly shifting policy landscape and to distil and unpack key outcomes of changes to the planning system.
At his time at Ethos Urban, Matt has gained experience completing a range of projects for clients in both the public and private sector, including concentrated experience in rezoning and land use change having completed or commenced the preparation of a wide range of Planning Proposals.
