Ciaran joined Ethos Urban in mid 2018, having previously worked as a Planner in both private consultancy and Local Government for Moreton Bay Regional Council.
In this time, Ciaran has worked on a diverse range of projects, ranging from mixed-use, city centre tower projects to large-scale, master-planned land subdivisions. This foundation has provided Ciaran with extensive knowledge of the statutory planning process and development assessment.
With a strong interest in planning policy and transport planning, Ciaran is also currently the PIA Qld Transport Planning Chair as well as being a member of the PIA Qld Policy and Advocacy Committee and the Policy and Advocacy Lead for the Queensland Young Planners Committee.
