Claire has over 20 years of experience in planning consultancy services both in Australia and the UK.
Throughout this time, Claire has worked with a wide range of clients and on a broad spectrum of projects. She has in-depth knowledge and experience in complex State Significant Projects, Planning and Rezoning Proposals, Advocacy, Due Diligence Advice and detailed development applications for all sectors, including large format retail, shopping centres, commercial development, mixed-use precincts, residential development, seniors housing, special use developments and heritage projects.
Claire is a Chartered Town Planner with the Royal Town Planning Institute, a Member of the Planning Institute of Australia, and established Ethos Elevate – Ethos Urbans Women’s network. She is passionate about partnering with and helping clients to create great places and spaces.
