Jayden is an enthusiastic planner specialising in social strategy and engagement advice.

Holding a Bachelor of Planning and Master of Urban Management from Western Sydney University, he developed a deep understanding of social and cultural geographies, strategic planning and placemaking, infrastructure planning, and transport access and equity. 

His thesis, ‘Providing LGBTQIA+ Safe Spaces - The Case of Oxford Street’, explored how the LGBTQIA+ community ienteracted with Oxford Street through analysis of photographs, an app, and media articles. His thesis further explored how different levels of government have incorporated the LGBTQIA+ community into their planning decisions, both within NSW and VIC. 

Jayden is proficient at reporting on complex projects, including through his recent work with the Centre for Western Sydney on ‘The Glover Review’ and numerous engagement outcomes reporting in that role. Across his experience in both the public and private sectors, Jayden has become highly skilled in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, enabling him to employ evidence-based solutions for wicked problems confronting our cities.
