Karen has over 30 years of experience in both strategic and statutory planning roles across state and local government and the private sector.
Karen brings an in-depth knowledge of the NSW planning legislation and practices, understands the range of stakeholder perspectives and provides measured advice and leadership to navigate complex planning projects through to approval. Key areas of expertise include strategic plan and policy formulation, rezonings/Planning Proposals and regional development approvals, with an emphasis on seniors housing and intergenerational communities, health and education.
