Major renewal of retirement village

Ethos Urban prepared the Development Application (DA) for renewal of Glenaeon Village at Belrose, located in the “deferred lands” of Oxford Falls Valley. 

The project included the major renewal of the existing village with 55 new independent living units and a 102-bed residential care facility. The DA was recommended for refusal by Council, however this was overturned at the Northern Sydney Planning Panel that unanimously resolved to approve it. 

The Glenaeon Village Renewal Project has achieved a significant recognition by winning the Temple & Webster Award for Best Redevelopment (Large Operators) at the 2024 National Retirement Living Awards.
