Lissa commenced with Ethos Urban in 2017, bringing over 15 years of prior experience in customer service, hospitality, and retail.
Her strong organisational skills and attention to detail supported her early transition into design, where she worked closely with the Graphic Design team to develop a solid foundation of technical and creative expertise.
She was subsequently promoted to Junior Graphic Designer in 2022 and advanced to Graphic Designer in July 2025.
In this nationally based role, Lissa provides design support to the Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne offices. Her key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and allocating workflow across the Graphic Design team.
- Assisting with mapping and technical design tasks.
- Designing and producing a wide range of collateral including brochures, tender and proposal submissions, display boards, CVs, project sheets, and interstate documents.
- Supporting the management and content input of the company website and collateral.
Alongside her professional experience, Lissa is currently undertaking a Diploma of Graphic Design, with the aim of achieving formal qualification in the field. Her ongoing collaboration with a highly experienced design team has enabled her to broaden her creative capabilities, strengthen her technical knowledge, and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes across multiple project types.
