Morgan is experienced in compliance, policy drafting, strategic planning investigation, consultation, development assessment, application preparation, project management, process improvement and development infrastructure review.
He is currently on the Planning Institute of Australia's Policy and Advocacy Committee and holds an undergraduate degree in planning and post graduate qualifications in Project Management.
