Morgan is an accomplished planner with over a decade of experience in strategic and statutory planning across the public and private sectors. Morgan has held senior planner positions in strategic planning and development assessment within the public and private sectors across multiple jurisdictions including Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, and the ACT.
Morgan is experienced in development compliance, policy drafting, strategic land use investigation, community consultation, development assessment, application preparation, project management, process improvement and development infrastructure review.
Morgan has been instrumental in delivering innovative planning solutions across various sectors, with a notable focus on renewable energy.

- Planning Scheme Drafting: Contributed to planning schemes for Cairns, Ipswich, Gold Coast, Gympie, Longreach, Isaac Regional Council, and Southern Downs.
- Development Assessment: Acted as an assessment manager for local councils, including Brisbane City Council, Central Highlands, City of Gold Coast, and others
- Master Plans and Variations: Provided advisory services for major projects such as Foreshore Coomera and Gainsborough Greens in Pimpama.

Morgan is a Property Council of Australia Committee Member and holds a Bachelor of Regional and Town Planning from the University of Queensland, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from the Queensland University of Technology.
