Stephanie has been working as an urban economist for six years providing strategic economic advice and market research in the property and development industry. She holds a Bachelor of Property Economics from the University of Technology Sydney, and a postgraduate degree in Sustainability.
In her role as Principal at Ethos Urban, Stephanie effectively manages and delivers complex projects and advice for clients across both the public and private sector. Her experience is extensive and extends from providing advice on site opportunities and repositioning, through the preparing economic impact and needs assessments for major projects, including State Significant Development Applications.
Stephanie has worked across a diverse range of projects for public and private sector clients in NSW and QLD, with expertise in:
