Rezoning and development approval achieved for major retail, residential and sports precinct

Spanning 10 hectares, The Woolooware Bay Town Centre's transformation into a vibrant coastal community, has been approved.

Ethos Urban assisted Capital Bluestone and landowners the Cronulla Sutherland Leagues Club, to gain concept approval for over 900 apartments, redevelopment of the existing Leagues Club, upgrades to Toyota Stadium, and a new 15,000m2 dining and retail precinct. The precinct will house a full-line supermarket, 50 specialty stores, medical and leisure centres, and revitalised club facilities.

Approval of the development has been instrumental in securing the future and on-going financial position of the Cronulla Sutherland Leagues Club and will allow the Club to continue to be a family oriented focal point for the Sutherland Shire community.

Ethos Urban prepared detailed, ongoing development applications for the residential buildings and retail centre, a major modification to the scheme to incorporate a hotel, additional apartments, and Centre of Sporting Excellence.
