Jacob has established himself as an expert in the fields of infill residential development, affordable housing, City of Sydney, State Significant Development and Design Excellence. He also has a wealth of experience in the health and education sector for both private and government clients.
Jacob has secured development approvals for many significant applications across Sydney and is experienced in managing design excellence processes.
Having previously worked as an engineer, Jacob brings a technical mind to his work, along with a level of maturity and understanding beyond just the planning legislation.
