Sustainable A-Grade Commercial Office Floorspace

Ethos Urban were engaged by Growthpoint Properties Australia to secure planning approval for 22,800 square metres of A-Grade commercial office floorspace across 2 seven storey towers in the Botanicca Business Park.

The Botanicca Business Park is located on a 5-hectare former Amrad site in Burnley. The Minister for Planning is the planning authority for the redevelopment site. 

Ethos Urban obtained the initial planning approval for the building, including an amendment to the existing Development Plan approval, and several amendments to facilitate the timely delivery of the project. The now constructed building is located prominently at the Swan Street frontage of the site and boasts a 5 Star Green Star rating and excellent end-of-trip facilities.
