Dubbo Base Hospital Redevelopment

Ethos Urban prepared two State Significant Development Applications for the redevelopment of the Dubbo Base Hospital complex.

The development will facilitate the construction of a new two storey hospital building including maternity unit, operating theatre suite, central sterilising department and day surgery. The application also included the refurbishment of two existing buildings and demolition of the former hospital building.

Services included up-front and on-going planning advice, preparation of the State Significant Development Applications and post-lodgement review and response to submissions.
