Chris is a Director with over 10 years’ experience in statutory and strategic planning in both the private sector and government roles. He holds a Bachelor of Planning with Honours Class 1 from the University of New South Wales. He is a PIA Registered Planner and accredited Registered Environmental Assessment Practitioner (REAP).

Chris has significant experience on a broad range of projects, including planning advice and due diligence research; Development Applications, Modification Applications; Concept Proposals, State Significant Developments, Review of Environmental Factors for Part 5 projects; State Significant Applications and Planning Proposals.

He has played a significant role in the delivery of many complex developments across Greater Sydney and NSW on behalf of both private and NSW government authorities including, high rise mixed-use residential development, greenfield and urban renewal projects, hospitals, health facilities and government and independent schools. Chris has a particular expertise in leading small, medium and large-scale health and education projects in support Government investment priorities.
