Stamoulis Merrimu, Bacchus Marsh

Since early 2018 Ethos Urban has been providing significant strategic planning advice and advocacy for the Stamoulis Property Group relating to their land holding in Merrimu, Bacchus Marsh that is in excess of 450ha.

The first phase of the project involved advice and advocacy in relation to the Bacchus Marsh Urban Growth Framework Plan. Which was adopted by Council in August 2018 and supported the development of the Merrimu precinct.

The second phase included extensive advice and advocacy on the development of the Precinct Structure Plan (PSP) to guide development. This included extensive advocacy and consultation with the Victorian Planning Authority (VPA) and Council, undertaking a future social infrastructure needs, identification and consultation with potential partners in providing social infrastructure, coordination of master planning and development of a draft Development Contribution Plan (DCP).
