Clare has 15 years' planning experience and holds a Bachelor of Arts (Human Geography) and Masters of Environmental Planning.
Clare has strong experience in preparing numerous development applications for residential, commercial, industrial retail developments, aged care housing and student housing and has been an expert witness experience in the NSW Land and Environment Court.
Clare has specific experience in applications in the Sydney CBD including the facilitation and management of design competitions.
