Clare has 15 years' planning experience and holds a Bachelor of Arts (Human Geography) and Masters of Environmental Planning.
Clare has strong experience in preparing numerous development applications for residential, commercial, industrial retail developments, aged care housing and student housing and has been an expert witness experience in the NSW Land and Environment Court.
Clare has specific experience in applications in the Sydney CBD including the facilitation and management of design competitions.
Clare was appointed to the Property Council of Australia NSW Commercial Office and Cities Committee for 2025/26. This Committee champions the interests of the commercial office sector including the financing, construction, operations and management of assets. A key focus for this Committee is to provide advice to government on major projects and policies impacting cities.
