With 20 years’ planning experience working across the private sector and local government in NSW, Daniel has the depth of experience and industry knowledge that is vital in successfully navigating clients through this complex area of planning legislation and policy.
Daniel also has been responsible for a variety of significant projects including State Significant Development applications, Planning Proposals, development applications, due diligence, planning policy review and CPTED assessments across a range of sectors beyond seniors housing, including residential, mixed use, education, health and infrastructure. Daniel has also acted as a planning expert in Class 1 Appeals at the Land and Environment Court.
Daniel was appointed to the Property Council of Australia NSW Retirement Living Committee for 2025/26. This Committee represents the interests of the retirement villages sector, including advising on policy development and advocacy in NSW and working to support the Retirement Living Council on national policy issues. Key role is to generate networking and professional development forums for the industry.
