Ella is a Senior Urbanist (Planning) with a passionate interest in the role that urban planning plays in making equitable and attractive spaces.
Ella has a Bachelor of Planning from Macquarie University. She has a strong skillset that has allowed her to lead the preparation of development applications and environmental impact assessments, with a particular focus on health, education and infrastructure development. She has experience in a variety of State Significant precincts, as well as projects in urban cores such as City of Sydney and North Sydney centres. Ella is also passionate about Aboriginal and Torre Strait Islander experiences and engagement with the built form and the relationship of development with Country.
