Paul is a specialist project manager with over 20 years’ experience in managing large teams of consultants through all stages of development, but specialising in the approvals phase of the process.

With a background in town planning, he brings bigger picture thinking and knowledge of approvals risk only a planner can bring. Paul manages the important front end of projects and teams of experts on behalf of our clients together with better integrating our multi-disciplinary services on larger projects. Services include: brief and program setting, team selection, tender, review, aligning brief and scope, managing deliverables and accounts.
