Multi-level Warehouse - 270 Horsely Road, Milperra
Ethos Urban worked with ESR in securing State Significant Development Approval for a 72,000sqm multi-storey warehouse and distribution centre at 270 Horsley Road, Milperra. Strategically located near the M5 Motorway, the project strengthens Western Sydney’s industrial capacity and logistics supply chain.
Bradfield City Centre Central Park
Ethos Urban supported the Bradfield Development Authority in securing planning approval for Central Park – a two-hectare public open space that will serve as the civic heart of Bradfield City Centre. Delivered through a State Significant Development Application, Central Park will set the benchmark for green, culturally significant and community-focused infrastructure within Western Sydney’s emerging Aerotropolis.
Tamworth Regional Aquatic and Sports Centre
Ethos Urban’s Social Impact Assessment for the Tamworth Regional Aquatic and Sports Centre identified key social benefits and potential impacts. The assessment provided recommendations to enhance accessibility, support diverse community needs, and preserve the historical significance of existing facilities.
Acacia Apartments Affordable Housing
Acacia Apartments, City West Housing's largest development to date, comprises 255 affordable housing apartments and ground-level commercial spaces near Green Square Town Centre. Ethos Urban provided Urban Planning and Design Excellence services, securing Concept and Detailed Development Application (DA) approvals while managing the Design Excellence Competition process to meet the City of Sydney’s Competitive Design Policy requirements.
