Frasers Solar Farm
The Frasers Solar Farm, spanning 110 hectares, is a pivotal renewable energy project poised to power approximately 29,000 homes with clean energy annually. Ethos Urban completed an Economic Impact Assessment to support the project's successful State planning approval.
Liverpool Civic Place Phase B - Build to Rent
Following preparation and approval of the masterplan and concurrent early works DA, Ethos Urban is now assisting Built with an amending DA to modify the Concept approval to permit residential uses in the Phase B site and the preparation of a State Significant Development Application for the proposal.
Reservoir Economic Analysis and Investment Attraction Strategy
Ethos Urban was engaged by Darebin City Council and the Victorian Government Office of Suburban Development to undertake a comprehensive economic analysis and investment attraction strategy for Reservoir. The project aimed to identify opportunities for revitalisation and job creation in the Reservoir Activity Centre and Industrial Precinct.
Highpoint Infrastructure Masterplan
The Highpoint Major Activity Precinct masterplan by Ethos Urban included an implementation framework for public spaces and community facilities, guiding future private development. The project involved integrated studies on population growth, regional community facilities, traffic management, public transport improvements, pedestrian and cycle connections, and open space provision.
Victoria Avenue, Castle Hill
Ethos Urban prepared a Planning Proposal, Site-specific Development Control Plan, and Urban Design Report for a 2ha site in Castle Hill. The proposal seeks to facilitate a mixed-use development including retail, commercial, and hotel floor space in a built form ranging up to 12 storeys. The project has overcome a range of challenges to deliver a high-quality public domain that improves connectivity within the block, to neighbouring lots, and to the Cattai Creek Corridor.
Precinct 75 - Creative Build-to-Rent Precinct
Ethos Urban successfully secured rezoning and DA approval for Precinct 75, providing comprehensive planning, economics, social impact, and project management services for this vibrant mixed-use development
Heidelberg Activity Centre Structure Plan
Ethos Urban was engaged by Banyule City Council to deliver an integrated structure plan for Heidelberg. The structure will be used to guide the built form of future development in the Heidelberg Activity Centre.
Mogo Village Place Activation Plan
On the back of the ‘Rebuilding Mogo’ Study and continuing our established relationship with Eurobodalla Shire Council and the local Mogo community, Ethos Urban was engaged to prepare a Place Activation Plan for Mogo with the primary aim to develop strategies, actions and projects as a road map to build a stronger, more sustainable and vibrant village.
