Highpoint Infrastructure Masterplan

The Highpoint Major Activity Precinct masterplan by Ethos Urban included an implementation framework for public spaces and community facilities, guiding future private development. The project involved integrated studies on population growth, regional community facilities, traffic management, public transport improvements, pedestrian and cycle connections, and open space provision.

Victoria Avenue, Castle Hill

Ethos Urban prepared a Planning Proposal, Site-specific Development Control Plan, and Urban Design Report for a 2ha site in Castle Hill. The proposal seeks to facilitate a mixed-use development including retail, commercial, and hotel floor space in a built form ranging up to 12 storeys. The project has overcome a range of challenges to deliver a high-quality public domain that improves connectivity within the block, to neighbouring lots, and to the Cattai Creek Corridor.
