Blacktown Hospital

Ethos Urban assisted Health Infrastructure with planning services for Blacktown Mt Druitt Hospital.

The project comprised a new 6–7 storey hospital building in addition to alterations to the Mt Druitt Hospital campus. These included the construction of new single storey buildings for a drug health centre and a community dialysis satellite centre.

Ethos Urban provided initial and ongoing planning advice, preparation of a staged State Significant Development Application, preparation of a Review of Environmental Factors, post lodgment review and response to submissions.
