Campbelltown Hospital Redevelopment

Ethos Urban prepared a State Significant Development Application and multiple Review of Environmental Factors applications for the redevelopment of the Campbelltown Hospital campus.

The project delivers a new 12 storey Clinical Services Building with improved service capacity and clinical care facilities.

We also helped Health Infrastructure deliver a comprehensive campus wide infrastructure works REF package that will enable the campus to be fit for purpose over the next decade.

Services included planning advice, preparation of a State Significant Development Application, Response to Submissions, and multiple Review of Environmental Factors.
