Ethos Urban was engaged by the University of New South Wales to undertake multiple capacity studies and a development framework aligning with its vision as a 21st Century campus.
Royal North Shore Hospital Herbert Street Precinct
Ethos Urban was commissioned by Property and Development NSW to prepare a State Significant Precinct Application within the Royal North Shore Hospital Precinct. The project included a reference design that incorporated medical facilities, a school, market and key worker housing, short-term accommodation, and open space.
Manly Place Plan
Ethos Urban has worked with Northern Beaches Council as the lead planning, design and engagement consultant to prepare a Place Plan for Manly. The Place Plan identifies a vision for Manly over the next 10–15 years outlining the principles, strategies and actions to deliver this vision.

Ethos Urban was engaged by Transport for New South Wales (TfNSW) to develop a strategy for the renewal of the publicly accessible spaces in the Western Gateway sub-precinct, as part of broader changes occurring in the Central Precinct Renewal Program.
Rebuilding Mogo Study
Ethos Urban combined its in-house urban design, social strategy, economics, engagement and planning services to deliver a ‘Rebuilding Mogo’ study offering a flexible framework for Council staff, landowners and the community to not only assist in the rebuild of destroyed properties, but to guide the growth of Mogo as a special place for the local community to connect with and call home.

Western Sydney Lakes Urban Design Framework
Ethos Urban, with Western Sydney Lakes, developed a transformative vision for approximately 2,000 hectares of land north of Penrith CBD. Through an innovative Urban Design Framework, Ethos Urban aims to balance ecological preservation with urban development, fostering a community-centric environment enriched by the natural beauty of the World Heritage Blue Mountains.
Tuggerah Land Use and Urban Design Analysis
Ethos Urban conducted a comprehensive Urban Design study for the Tuggerah precinct on the Central Coast. The study aimed to inform the Central Coast Regional Plan 2041 by identifying growth opportunities, addressing infrastructure challenges, and creating a vibrant mixed-use centre.
