Since 2008, Ethos Urban has been involvement with Edmondson Park, having prepared the Concept Plan, Town Centre DCP and multiple DA’s. To deliver Frasers winning concepts Ethos Urban submitted the Section 75W application to the Department of Planning to deliver a planning framework to facilitate 1884 dwellings within a compact, mixed-use retail Town Centre surrounded by medium density residential precincts.
Ethos Urban continues to work with Frasers to prepare the detailed development applications for the multi-stage development program.
