Ethos Urban were engaged by Bayside City Council to project manage a development plan approval process for the former CSIRO site, located adjacent to the Highett Activity Centre.

Ethos Urban coordinated a team of consultants and also provided expert planning and urban design advice to ensure the approval process met the agreed deadlines.

The project ultimately resulted in the Bayside Councillors voting to approve the development of over 1,000 new dwellings in a series of seven storey apartment buildings, four hectares of open space and a new community centre at the site.
