Maribyrnong City Council engaged Ethos Urban to undertake a masterplan of the Highpoint Major Activity Precinct.
This included an implementation framework for the public realm and community facilities, to guide the form of anticipated private development.
The team’s integrated suite of studies covered expected population growth, a regional community facilities schedule, traffic predictions with intersection upgrades, parking management, potential tram relocation, improved streetscapes with reinforced pedestrian and cycle connections, plus coordinated landscaping and public open space provision.
