Nikki is an experienced project manager and a Certified Practising Project Practitioner (CPPP).
She regularly manages the oftentimes complex front end of multi staged projects, including the procurement of multidisciplinary consultant teams, project scoping, contract management, accounts, risk assessment, project co-ordination, team resourcing and concept design.
With a Masters of Planning and a Masters of Architecture, Nikki is also a strategic planning, built form and urban design specialist, and regularly prepares strategic plans and built form controls, that are rigorously tested and justified and that are easily translated into permanent planning controls. Her combined knowledge of built environment disciplines has led to a diverse and layered understanding of urban conditions and landscapes.
