Mornington Peninsula Neighbourhood Character Study

Ethos Urban completed the Mornington Peninsula Neighbourhood Character Study in response to the identified need for the Peninsula to strengthen policy to protect neighbourhood character.

The program included interviews, pop-ups, and a digital tool (Harvest) that allowed participants to view site-specific proposed planning controls before providing feedback. The comprehensive community engagement program received over 2,200 contributions and the Strategy was unanimously adopted by Council in October 2019.
