Officer Town Centre Mixed Use Development

Ethos Urban were engaged by Stamoulis Property Group to provide planning due diligence in acquiring this 8-hectare parcel in the Officer Metropolitan Activity Centre.

Following this Ethos Urban prepared, lodged and managed the first stage of a mixed-use development in the Officer Major Activity Centre. The initial stage comprises over 5,000m2 of retail, office and medical centre uses and 60 townhouses.

Ethos Urban assisted SPG in navigating the unique dust, noise and odour testing requirements that apply to the site and the urban design and traffic challenges raised by Cardinia Shire through the approval process before a permit for the development was secured.
