Stonnington Built Form Guidelines Review

Ethos Urban was engaged to review the built form guidelines within the Draft Activity Centres Strategy and recommend preferred urban design principles, typologies, and side and rear setback guidelines to be applied to the seventeen neighbourhood activity centres.

The study reviewed areas within the Commercial 1 Zone and is focused on side and rear setbacks. This project is anticipated to be completed by December 2018.
