Ethos Urban prepared a State Significant Development Application for the redevelopment of Wagga Wagga Base Hospital.

The development will facilitate a new 6 story Ambulatory Care Building with improved capacity and clinical care facilities including ages care, mental health, rehabilitation, renal dialysis and ambulatory clinics.

The project managed to achieve an approval within a compressed program, meeting the requirements of Health Infrastructure. Services included up-front and on-going planning advice, preparation of the State Significant Development Applications and post lodgement review and response to submissions.
